Indian digital wallet platform FreeCharge has partnered with Mexican movie theatre chain Cinepolis to provide a platform for secure and easy digital payments. The partnership will help Cinepolis get access to FreeCharge’s robust partner network and bring more value to its consumers and partners, the companies said.
With this partnership going live in March, customers will be able to pay for movie tickets and food & beverages across 38 Cinepolis theatres in 28 cities using the FreeCharge wallet. As part of launch, customers will also be able to avail offers and discounts rolled off by the FreeCharge.
