Samsung India Electronics begins Smart Class initiative in UP to bridge digital divide

With an aim to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban India in lines with Digital India, Samsung India Electronics has unveiled Samsung ‘Smart Class’ at the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. There are as many as 41 Samsung Smart Classes across the state of Uttar Pradesh at present wherein each smart class is equipped with interactive whiteboard, laptops, a printer and Wi-Fi connection to enable students to access digital content.
